I spent a day at Eskrigg Nature Reserve Lockerbie hoping to photograph some red squirrels. After three and half hours I thought that my luck was out when I spotted this little chap foraging in the distant grass. I had placed hazelnuts on some tree stumps nearby me (the nature reserve allows photographers to do this) and eventually he worked his way over and took some of them.
